2) Go to my a user profile (ex http://pinoylancer.com/member/ajbatac)
3) Click on “Enter feedback”
4) Select a feedback identifier “Positive” or “Neutral”
5) Enter a detailed feedback and you’re done

All given feedback will be emailed to the PinoyLancer for approval before it appears on his profile.
