We are seeking a daring, yet thoughtful talented graphics / web designer who understands the importance of typography, someone who understands color (not color blind), someone who understands scale and proportion, someone who understands what it takes to give something a distinct style all its own..

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You produce inspiring design
- You have initiative and a hard/dedicated contributor
- Ability to work fast, unsupervised, a quick learner and meet intense deadlines
- You're the master of front-end presentation and coding
- Strong knowledge of usability, UX/IA, and interaction design
- You create exceptional designs based on creative concepts and direction
- Exceptional Illustration, Logo/Icon design and Typography skills
- Expert in Adobe CS3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc)
- Expert and up-to-date skills in XHTML/CSS-based (table-less) design
- Expert on cross-browser compatibility, IE rendering issues, and non-hacked
- Advanced knowledge of AJAX and Javascript libraries
- "Can't be done" is not in your vocabulary
- You like Getting Things Done! (GTD)
- Get paid to do what you love
- Experience in web programming languages (PHP) / frameworks is highly regarded


As a designer you will be creating innovative and engaging logo/interface design, navigation, typography, and screen or page layouts for websites and other interactive media. It's your responsibility for pushing fresh and creative ideas and solutions forward.

You are able to collaborate with others apart of the project team and have the ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts (wireframe and mockups) and be able to rationalize and present design ideas and decisions effectively.

You must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

It's important that you are able to work both independently demonstrate leadership, and accountability for assigned responsibilities. This is a work from home (occasional telecommute) position and you will be mainly based from your home-office.
