I am looking for a part-time/home-based web developer who knows PHP and C# development.

He must have a knowledge with the ff tools:
- PHP4
- PHP5
- MySQL
- C#
- SQL Server
- DIV-based HTMLs
- AJAX
- jQuery

Knowledge in the ff is a plus, but not required:
- Drupal
- osCommerce
- Joomla
- X-Cart
- ZenCart
- Windows CE development (handheld device)

The developer has to be online at least in the evening and is willing to accept emergency calls in the weekends.
Must be willing to jump-in to any undergoing projects if needed. Must be a team-player and must follow company coding conventions and standards.
