ProfessionalRetouch – About the Company

ProfessionalRetouch is a company working with retouch of photos distributed via Internet. Our customers upload pictures on our web site or on one of our partners’ web sites (web albums, social network sites, etc) and have them edited/improved according to their preferences by our editors.

Our goal is to continuously provide the best price for photo retouch services to our clients.
We have financial backup and we are expected to grow fast.


Responsibilities

* Help build Professional Retouch website in a non-technical/non-programming capacity
* Process applications for business licenses and other similar concerns
* Help create company policies, term and conditions for user and other legal references
* Recruit photo editors
* Maximize productivity and sales
* Maintain service standards
* Ensure proper execution of all operations
* Ensure the highest level of Customer service and satisfaction.
* Initially you will be responsible for handling customer service, there will later be a person responsible for this.
* Handle marketing and promotions
* Payment of government taxes and compensation of photo editors


Qualifications

* At least 2 years work experience in a managerial position
* Internet savvy, strong interest in Internet projects
* Degree in commerce, management or accounting
* Excellent documentation skills
* Good English communication skills both written and oral
* Experience in SEO a plus
* Self starter and can work independently. This is very important as you will be responsible for acting on many different tasks with full responsibility.


Initially during April/May, it will be a part time job for 2-3 days per week and from June it will be a full time job.
