Graphic Designers for Web

I'm looking for Freelance Graphic Designers to create original concepts/layouts for web projects.

* Can translate design briefs into original concepts
* Must be able to give layered and editable output in Fireworks (preferred) or Photoshop
* Background in Fine Arts or related education is a plus
* Illustration and freehand drawing skills an advantage
* No knowledge or experience in HTML/CSS required.
