Looking for webdesign, flash and development freelancer in Manila

Hi,
i'm a freelancer who work for europe customers, actually i have a lot of work and can't do all alone, i live in Manila and i'm looking for freelancer's in differents domains :

- Webdesigner for design website and emailing layout
- Xhtml / css developper who respect w3c rules, work in div (table only when is necessary and usefull), who can work on website or emailing projet (know the mailing layout rules, for this table work only).
- Developper Php / Mysql, javascript, Actionscript 3.0, familiar with POO and MVC development.
- Flash design for flash animation, banner, fullflash website, flash dynamic (xml / remote PHP etc)

Im looking for serious people, who know that a deadline is a deadline, respect the delay and are responsable.

Of course i'm not looking for people who know all that skills, but if you are good in one or more of this 4 domains, don't hesitate to send me resume, links where i can see your work and your daily price.
