VoIP Specialist/Engineer

Hi Everyone,

Global Strategic Business Process Solutions is looking for an VoIP Specialist/Engineer.

- Preferably with experience/work in a call center company for 1 - 2 years as IT support/administration
- Has deep understanding with asterisk, vicidial(dialer) and mySQL or equivalent.
- Ability to troubleshoot all aspects in telephony administration.
- Experience with operating system such as Linux(Centos), windows 2003 and 2008
- Understanding of various server components (Print and File Sharing, Terminal Services, DNS, VPN, Exchange Server)
- Backup and recovery of important company files
- Manage all aspects of Systems/Networking Hardware with CISCO, SOHO wifi routers, desktop servers and laptops
- Good with open source softwares such as thunderbird, open office etc..
- Knowledge with Apple product is a plus
- Certification is a plus.
- Good English communication skills

We are located in Mandaluyong at the Lower Ground Floor of Paragon Plaza at 162 EDSA at the corner of Reliance. We are conducting interviews from Monday until Friday from 8am until 1pm each day.
