We are looking for talented (experienced) PHP developers familiar with MVC frameworks (CakePHP, CI, etc)that writes beautiful semantic code and with a dedication to beautiful, highly-functional design.

The web developer will work on projects for external clients as well as internal projects. He or she will work with account team, interaction designers, and graphic designers to create interactive solutions for clients.

He or she will build, test, debug, troubleshoot programs and scripts for various functions, and modify existing code to add new features.

Required:

* 3+ years working experience
* Experience with PHP (RoR experience is a bonus)
* A good understanding of object oriented programming
* Demonstrated experience with HTML, CSS table-less design and Javascript
* An understanding of XML and Ajax

Desired

* Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
* Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
* Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.
* Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
* Strong communication skills (both in person and in writing) while interacting with individuals with a range of technical understanding.
* Knowledge of and experience with source/version control systems is a plus but not necessary
* Experience with Linux Administration is a plus but not necessary
* Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, and Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
* Macromedia Flash is a plus but not necessary
