  • Mr. Copeland, Managing Director of Ayanaa Consulting (an IT Global Sourcing and Offshore Outsourcing consulting firm) has been specialising in the development and support of E-Commerce transactional systems for the past 14-years. His experience includes Technical Operations Management for Commerce One SARL in France, a one time market leader in business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce marketplace exchanges and buy-side electronic procurement technologies. Clients included British Telecom, Cable & Wireless UK, Mondus, Asite, Shell, Answork, Valeo, Compaq Computer, and Siemens. Copeland is also a Director at BetXTech, a boutique software development firm that specialises in the design and development of Internet-based Pari-Mutuel and Wager processing systems. With expertise in Electronic-Point-of-Sale (EPOS) systems including EPOS Cashier and Self-Service Kiosk Terminal channels, Copeland has extensive experience managing major systems development and integration projects.
